Booking a meal prep session with NYC Meal Prep is easy. Either book an introductory call with one of our staff, or fill out the contact form and we will reach out to you.

Our standard package includes 4 portions of 3 different entrees fully customized to your preferences. For two people, that is 6 days of lunches and dinners. We are happy to adjust according to your household size and needs.

You will pick a day of the week you want one of our chefs to come to your home and cook, and also pick morning or afternoon. Each session normally lasts around 4 hours. The morning sessions begin from 8-10am, while the afternoon session begins anywhere from 12-2pm.

Our goal is to maintain great relationships with our long term clients. Even though it is a recurring weekly service, we ask each client for a 4 week commitment at a time. We value each customer and want to make lasting relationships over the time our services are provided.

For our standard package, groceries will be ordered in advance and delivered at your home on cooking day. Although the price of a typical week of groceries varies, you can expect anywhere from $150-250$ depending on your needs.
